Texas Brisket
Salt, pepper, wood smoke. Sliced to order, moist or lean, with sticky rice and a side of jaew bong.

Lao street food × Texas smokehouse · Houston
Hand-pulled sticky rice, sun-dried Lao beef jerky and brisket smoked low and slow. Grab a basket, tear off a bite, drag it through the jaew.
02 — How to eat it
Brisket, jerky, wings, or the combo tray with all three.
Sticky rice comes in a woven tip khao. Keep the lid on so it stays warm.
Pinch off a bite, roll it into a ball with your fingers, press a thumb-dent in it.
Scoop meat, drag through jaew, eat. The one rule: never double-dip someone else's sauce.
03 — Our story
We grew up on two kinds of Sunday: Mom's sticky rice steaming in the kitchen, and a smoker ticking away out back. At some point somebody dipped brisket in jaew bong, and that was it.
Sticky Rice & Beef Jerky cooks both at full volume. Not fusion for the sake of it. Lao recipes from home, Texas fire from the yard, nothing watered down.
04 — Pull up
Brisket sells out. When it's gone, it's gone.
